Graduate Leadership Programme

A two-year journey, built around you.

InPost UK is launching the Graduate Leadership Programme, and we're looking for ambitious graduates to join our first cohort in January 2027.

This isn't a rotation scheme that keeps you busy for two years and hopes you stick around. It's a genuine investment in the next generation of InPost leaders — people who share our values and want to grow with us for the long term.

We've designed the programme around a simple idea: grow yourself, then grow your impact.

Year 1

Leading Self

Build your confidence, capability and professional identity. You'll get real responsibility from day one, developing the skills to operate independently and excel in your role.

Year 2

Leading Others & the Organisation

Step into influence and leadership. You'll take on greater exposure across the business, setting you up to move into a permanent role or one of our talent pools by the end of the programme.
