Business to Consumer (B2C) Marketing Partner
At InPost we hire awesome people who aren’t afraid to bring ideas to the table, to make mistakes, and challenge the norm!
Make the brand matter. Connect with the consumer. Make an impact.
Create. Connect. Challenge. Build your future at InPost.
Ready to kick-start your marketing career?
At InPost, we’re changing the way people send, collect and return parcels. Our lockers are becoming part of everyday life, and behind every great consumer experience is marketing that makes people notice, understand and choose InPost.
As a Graduate Marketing Partner, you’ll get the chance to experience marketing from all angles — from digital and social media to campaigns, PR, partnerships, brand, consumer communications and social impact.
This isn’t a graduate programme where you’ll sit on the sidelines. You’ll work on real campaigns, get involved in live projects, bring ideas to the table and see your work reach real consumer.
If you’re curious about what makes people tick, excited by brands and digital, and love turning ideas into something people want to engage with, this could be the start of your marketing career.
Why join InPost?
Over the course of the two-year graduate programme, you’ll gain broad exposure across the marketing mix and build the skills to develop a career in consumer marketing.
You could work across:
Digital & Social Marketing – helping create content, campaigns and digital experiences that connect with our consumer.
Brand & Campaigns – supporting integrated campaigns that bring the InPost brand to life.
PR & Communications – helping develop stories, communications and PR activity that get people talking about InPost.
CSR & Social Impact – working with charities and supporting initiatives that create positive environmental and social impact and bring our purpose to life.
Partnerships & Collaborations – working with brands and other partners to create campaigns and experiences that reach new audiences.
Consumer Marketing – understanding our audiences and using insight to make communications more relevant and engaging.
You’ll collaborate with experienced marketers and teams across InPost, giving you a broad understanding of how marketing supports a fast-growing consumer business.
What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same.
You might be helping launch a social campaign one day, supporting a PR opportunity the next, and then collaborating with a partner to develop a new consumer activation.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Support B2C marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships and wider brand activity.
Help create engaging content for our social and digital channels, thinking about what will make consumer stop, look and engage.
Use consumer and campaign insight to understand what’s working and identify opportunities to improve.
Support campaign planning, from initial idea through to delivery and evaluation.
Work with creative and external agencies to bring campaigns and content to life.
Help develop PR stories, events and communications that build awareness of the InPost brand.
Support partnerships with brands, charities, community organisations and other external partners.
Get involved in CSR and social impact initiatives, helping turn good ideas into campaigns that people want to get behind.
Explore new ways to reach and engage consumer across an increasingly digital landscape.
Track campaign performance and use data to understand impact and inform what we do next.
Collaborate with teams across InPost, including Commercial, Consumer Experience, Network & Customer care
Manage your own workload, take ownership of projects and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
Most importantly, you’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, ask questions and challenge the status quo.
