📍 Location:  Imperial Park, Siskin Parkway West, Coventry, CV3 4PB

📅 Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday 

🕒 Hours: 22:00pm - 06:30am 

💰 Salary: £15.52 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated warehouse team, driving performance and fostering a positive, results-oriented culture.

• Collaborate closely with Warehouse Management to ensure targets are met and exceeded night after night.

• Serve as the go to expert for Warehouse Operatives, offering guidance and support to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.

• Identify and solve operational challenges quickly, escalating when necessary to keep the team on track.

• Champion high-quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

• Deliver effective training that equips team members with the skills and confidence to excel.
