Develop, review and continuously improve learning materials, facilitator guides, too lkits and exercises aligned to our values and organisational development priorities.
Gather participant feedback, evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to enhance future programmes.
Partner closely with the Talent & Development Coordinator to ensure learning events are well planned, organised and delivered seamlessly.

Experience designing engaging learning content and development programmes, not just delivering existing material.
Experience coaching or supporting managers on people, development or performance-related topics.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple learning activities and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
