Are you a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? InPost is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help manage our parcel operations.

In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, support smooth sorting processes, and lead a team to achieve strong results. You’ll focus on efficiency, safety, and keeping operations running effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations to keep everything running smoothly
• Improving performance, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency
• Supporting accurate sorting, processing, and dispatch of parcels
• Leading, training, and motivating your team
• Working with other teams to keep operations running effectively
• Following and enforcing standard procedures
• Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety
• Managing shift performance and productivity
• Running driver briefings and ensuring clear communication
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant
• Following company policies and maintaining high standards

What we need from you:

• Experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or parcel sortation environment
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and process improvement
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and technology
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while staying accurate and organised
• A focus on improving processes and maintaining high standards
• FLT Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential
