About the role:
In this role, you will support our Business Development Managers by generating high-quality appointments with retailers and e-commerce brands. You will research suitable retail partners, contact decision-makers by phone and email, clearly articulate the commercial and customer experience benefits of partnering with InPost, and secure qualified meetings for the wider sales team.

What you’ll be doing:
Proactively contact e-commerce retailers and omnichannel brands to promote the commercial benefits of partnering with InPost
Identify, research, and engage relevant decision-makers within retail organisations
Clearly communicates the value of InPost’s delivery and returns solutions in driving customer satisfaction, conversion, and operational efficiency
Pre-qualify new business leads and partnership opportunities
Book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers
Work to activity, pipeline, and appointment-setting targets
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual KPIs
Collect, manage, and maintain accurate new business and prospect data
Create, manage, and update opportunities and appointments within the CRM system
What we need from you:
We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
Previous experience in a telesales or lead generation sales role in Retail, ecommerce or Fintech
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Understanding of e-commerce or retail commercial models
Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Drive and determination to succeed in a commercial sales environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident phone manner
Outgoing, engaging personality with a genuine interest in e-commerce, retail, and technology-led solutions
Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure
Self-motivated with a proactive and energetic approach to work
Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, hospitality, leisure, customer service, or sales)

The InPost process:
