We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.
About the role:
You’ll play a key supporting role to the Service Project Manager, helping to coordinate, document, and track service projects and improvement initiatives. You’ll ensure that service processes, technical procedures, and project documentation are accurate, standardized, and continuously enhanced.
This position is central to maintaining smooth project execution and driving operational efficiency across the organisation. You’ll work closely with technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to support service delivery, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Service Project Manager in planning, tracking, and documenting service projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain and update service process documentation, workflows, and project records.
- Support issue tracking and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are logged and followed up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to gather information, track progress, and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Help implement continuous improvement initiatives, including process reviews, standardization, and efficiency enhancements.
- Manage administrative tasks related to project coordination, documentation control, and version management.
What we need from you:
- Strong organisational and documentation skills — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, carrying all administration through to competition.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and promote accountability.
- Proven excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, whilst working with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
