About the role:
As an Install Operations Specialist, you will hold responsibility for the final stage of our pipeline: sign offs and go lives. This requires focus on pace and quality, ensuring that lockers are signed off and go live on the network accurately and without delay, but also following up with contractors for revisits and parts as required. It will also require close collaboration with Network Health on any failed go lives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a direct liaison between contractors and external stakeholders;
- Responsible for managing how many deals are waiting for sign off in independents and chain pipelines, managing our go live and failed go live processes, and crucially ensuring that all geocoding on Console is correct.
- Keeping data in Pipedrive clean and up to date to ensure reporting and analysis is correct;
- Technical analysis of works undertaken by our contractors;
- Using contractor issue logs to record and resolve contractor queries;
- Work very closely with Implementation Managers, Independent Operations Specialists, Partnerships and Network Health;
- Continuously work to improve our systems and processes to become ‘network experts’.

- Highly organised multitasker who can consistently provide high quality work in our fast paced, highly pressurised environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally and at all levels externally and internally;
- Focus on customer service, ensure deployments meet business and user requirements;
- Highly self-motivated, great teammate, accountable, and passionate about business environment and exceeding goals;
- Works to individual and team targets.
