About the role:
Are you ready to be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic parcel operation? Join InPost Distribution as a Depot Operations Support team member and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily parcel activities, exceptional customer care, and seamless administration in our bustling Swansea depot!
📍 Location: Inpost Swansea, Mill Stream Way, Central Business Park, Swansea Vale, Llansamlet, Swansea SA7 0AG.
📅 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
🕒 Hours: 06:30am - 11:00am (20hrs per week)
💰 Salary: £12,698.40 p/a
What you’ll be doing:
- Support drivers and colleagues across shifts, handling queries via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital systems.
- Manage driver bookings, parcel processing, and live delivery monitoring to keep parcels on time.
- Assist with damage control, repacking, and resolving logistical issues.
- Handle key admin tasks such as customer reception, claims processing, onboarding support, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
- Collaborate closely with the depot and management team to escalate and resolve issues.
