About the role:
Join the fast-paced warehouse team at InPost Newstrade in Coventry and take charge of driving smooth and efficient stock movement every day. You’ll be the go-to expert managing inventory through the powerful Stirling Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring new titles are booked in swiftly and stock is precisely placed for seamless operations. With your excellent communication skills, you’ll connect directly with customers, providing updates and resolving queries to keep everything running like clockwork. Beyond the hands-on warehouse work, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data and reporting that keeps the team ahead of the game. 📍 Location: Menzies Distribution, Imperial Park, Siskin Parkway West, Coventry CV3 4PB
📅 Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
🕒 Hours: 14:00pm - 18:00pm
💰 Salary: £14.02 per hour
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee and manage day books for stock movement through the warehouse, utilizing the Stirling Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate the efficient booking-in of new titles within the Goods In department.
- Monitor and direct stock flow across the warehouse, ensuring timely placement in designated storage or processing areas.
- Communicate professionally with customers via email, providing updates and resolving queries regarding incoming stock.
- Address and manage warehouse issues, including the handling of quarantined or non-compliant titles.
- Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets to support customer reporting and performance feedback.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support warehouse operations and ensure smooth daily workflows.

- Proven expertise in Warehouse Management and advanced Stock Control Systems, ensuring seamless inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong numerical proficiency, guaranteeing precise stock management and data integrity.
