About the role:

The Cross Network Solution Business Analyst is a key position within the Cross Network Core team. The Business Analyst will support the Cross Network Solutions Manager in helping expand the InPost network inline with company goals.

The role will entail evaluating, scoping and defining the business and system requirements and end to end business processes across all functions for cross network developments. Processes and communications around the Cross Network product including change management will fall to this team, along with management of 3^rd party partners – feeding requirements, process flows and operational considerations to all the functional teams in Inpost.

This role must act as a liaison between commercial, operational, IT, customer service, and financial departments across all the InPost business units, ensuring smooth cooperation and coordination of cross network activities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Scoping and mapping the business solution designs for Cross Network partnerships
• Accountable for eliciting requirements from key stakeholders through various means, documentation of said requirements and communication of requirements.
• Improving and utilizing processes between InPost Group business units with a shared goal of Cross Network expansion.
• Work with external parties and technology teams to capture user requirements and drive the design of quality technical solutions that support new or developing Cross Network products.
• Defining, analysing and organising requirements in support of the Cross Network business initiatives, to translate and simplify where appropriate, and then support the Tech team in translating the business need into technical requirements
• Responding to immediate and vital needs from key Merchants via the commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting results to higher management levels.
• Analysing operational data to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate optimization strategies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and other departments within the organization.
• Participating in strategic planning within the core team

What we need from you:

• Higher education degree
• Significant solution design experience in logistics or operations, preferably in the e-commerce or courier services sector.
• Ability to think and design strategically
• Excellent process design and requirements capture
• Experience of logistics cross-border compliance and requirements.
• Experience in building strong relationships across complex organisations
• Knowledge of market trends and technological advancements in logistics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
• Experience and qualifications in business analysis/change management experience
• Trustworthy, honest and reliable team player.
