About the role:
You will work closely with Third Party Carriers externally and the Network, Logistics, Customer Success and Product/Tech teams internally, both at International level and local market to manage the performance and quality of service for the cross network product.
As Carrier Development Analyst working within the Cross Network Team you will be responsible for the coordination of multiple projects and initiatives across various European markets and teams, with a focus on end-to-end operational performance management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for overseeing and reporting end-to-end logistics performance from manifest to delivered in different logistics modes and markets
- Adapt, build and maintain key performance metrics, perform root-cause analysis on abnormalities, and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist senior management to monitor weekly operational performance
- Daily monitoring of end-to-end parcel flows across the InPost Group markets for cross network parcels, proactively flagging potential delays / operational issues, and leading root cause analysis with local operational leads
- Support Cross Network Managers in presenting performance metrics and insights back to the business during hypercare phases of new products and solutions
- Take ownership of co-ordination of performance-improvement initiatives or enhancements with both local operations and International support
- Work in partnership with International Technology, Operations and Network teams to develop operational plans to address issues and reduce risks
- Serve as performance authority both within the team with a deep understanding of our operations, data and key metrics,
- Work across the EU and partner with multiple markets and business units such as Technology, Product & Logistics in a cross-functional environment, and maintain a strong communication process to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information;

- A background in retail e-commerce and logistics is strongly preferred
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data and present these conclusions in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences and senior stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Demonstrable experience turning analysis into insight (i.e. the significance, implications and conclusions resulting from analysis)
- Amazing interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key internal stakeholders
- The ability to confidently manage and engage with a variety of internal stakeholders and functions across all levels
- Experience working with teams in more than one European market
- Highly self-motivated, great teammate, accountable, and passionate about exceeding business expectations
- Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written English (another European language would be a plus)
- Tireless positive and adaptable attitude with a growth mindset
- Analytical and data-oriented approach utilise frameworks and tools for best-in class execution
- Excellent problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills with the desire and ability to identify and help implement change
