About the role:
The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the marketing efforts, including strategy development, implementation, and performance evaluation. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross functionally to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Define target audience segments and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Analyse the competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other organizations to expand reach and drive business growth.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to maximize mutual benefits.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment conducive to idea generation and professional development.
Customer Experience:
Customer Feedback Management: Collecting, analysing, and acting upon customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction
- Working with the product team on designing the perfect customer journey paths to achieve best customer experience for all services and products.
- Providing assistance and resolving issues through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media together with Customer Care department.
- Aligning with the Product Team on providing best user solutions in logistics and best communication through all consumer touchpoints.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
- Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and initiatives.
- Develop brand guidelines and standards for visual and verbal communication.
- Protect and enhance the company's reputation through effective brand management practices.
- Develop the Employer Brand
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, the InPost App development, website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Leverage data and analytics to track digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Explore emerging digital marketing technologies and trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

This role will require you to already have:
- Proven experience leading across multiple functions in a fast-paced organisation operating within a Commercial, Product and/ or Marketing capacity.
- Experience leading successful, integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C sectors
- Experience leading a function, growing bench strength within the team and inspire others to follow through a changing landscape.
- Growth mindset and no stranger to operating out of your comfort zone.
- Experience leading successful, integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C sectors
- Experience establishing a challenger brand in a crowded market is a plus

The InPost process:
